Hello and welcome! I’m Savannah, and I’m so happy you’re here. I am a therapist with a special interest in supporting adolescents (14+) and young adults as they navigate the immense personal and relational changes that come with life’s transitions. As a mental health provider, I’ve worked in settings including intensive day treatment, local middle- and high-schools, as well as community college. I now find myself drawn to supporting individuals and their families through my own practice.

I’ve found so much joy in walking alongside in the journey of self-discovery and growth. My approach and understanding of children and young folks has grown through the various roles I’ve played, from nanny, to dance instructor, to tutor, to Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), to career consultant, and now as a therapist.

I am, first and foremost, a relational therapist. I find that trust built between therapist and client is the most important feature towards the success of therapy. I bring humor, warmth, and deep care towards each of our sessions together.

Outside of this practice, you might find me climbing, backpacking, crocheting, or most likely, chasing after my toddler. I find great fulfillment and inner peace in spending time deep in nature.
