What is the fee for therapy?

Therapy is $150 per individual session, and $175 for family sessions. I will be in-network with Aetna beginning 11/2026, and Moda beginning 12/2026. I am currently in the process of credentialing with Regence BCBS. I can provide a superbill as an out-of-network provider.

How do I begin services?

I offer a free, 15-minute virtual consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together. This is where you can ask any questions and we can make a plan for next steps.

Do you offer any in-person sessions?

I hope to offer in person sessions in the future! When I do so, this will be somewhere near the Multnomah Village area in SW Portland. For now, all sessions are over secure video platform.
